Shipping Policy

1. USA and International Shipping:
We are only shipping to the 50 United States and the District of Columbia. International Orders — Unfortunately, we do not currently offer International Shipping. However, this is an option that we will be looking into in the near future. 

2. Shipping Times:
Our typical production time per order delivered to your door is 3-9 business days (15 max) including personalization work. However, the delivery time may vary based on your location and the specifics of your order.
The shipping address influences delivery times. Urban areas may experience faster delivery times than rural or remote locations.

3. Shipping Methods:
Standard Shipping: Our standard shipping method is used for most orders. It offers a balance between cost and speed of delivery.
Expedited Shipping: Expedited shipping options may be available for select products, providing quicker delivery at an additional cost.

4. Shipping Costs:
FREE SHIPPING. Continental US only!

5. Tracking Orders:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the progress of your order.

Note: The shipping carrier may take up to 48 hours to update tracking information. If you have concerns about tracking updates, please contact our customer support.

6. Delivery Address:
Ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete to prevent delays or delivery issues.
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier may make additional attempts or hold the package at a local facility. Please follow their instructions for successful delivery.
If you find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but the new order will be at your expense.

7. Christmas Shipping Info:
Very Important!
All Products ordered before December 10th 11:59 p.m. ET should arrive on time. However, we can not personally guarantee this, as we are relying on USPS information.

Unfortunately, we can not guarantee that All Products ordered after December 10th 11:59 pm ET will arrive by Christmas.
Refunds will not be issued if you place orders that do not arrive by Christmas.
USPS & DHL are experiencing delays in updating their tracking due to the high volume of incoming parcels.
No refund will be accepted if items are received after Christmas. Make sure you talk to our customer satisfaction team before ordering item after December 10th
