Shipping Information

  • Standard Shipping is FREE on all orders.
  • Priority Shipping is available to select countries—check our Shipping Times section below.
  • We offer worldwide shipping to serve you wherever you are.

Shipping Times

  • The following is the average transit time for shipping, and does not include the 1-2 business days production time to create our heartfelt message cards.
    • USA (Standard): 5-7 days (Excluding Sundays)
    • USA (Priority): 1-3 days (Excluding Sundays)
    • Canada/Europe/International (Standard): 5-14 business days
    • Canada/Europe/International (Priority): 3-7 business days (Available only in select regions)
  • Please note that shipping times may increase slightly during holidays due to carrier constraints.
  • For personalized products, please allow an additional 1-3 days for processing.

Courier

  • We ship orders via UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL or Spring GSD depending on the destination and availability.

Shipping Locations

  • Our products typically ship from our facilities located in Florida, Nevada, or Michigan.

Cancellation Policy

  • Non-Seasonal Orders: Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement. After this timeframe, the order will be in production and cannot be canceled.
  • Seasonal Peak Orders: Due to increased demand and high processing volume, the cancellation window is reduced to 3 hours during seasonal peaks.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with the tracking information.
  • You can also track your order on our "Track Order" page.
  • Please note that it may take up to 24-48 hours for the tracking number to be activated and visible in the system.
