We back our items with a 14-day Money-Back Guarantee of Satisfaction (except Personalized items).

1. Damaged items:
If you receive a damaged item, you may request a refund or a replacement free of charge within 14 days of receiving the item. Please contact us immediately with photographs of the damaged items to initiate the refund or replacement process.

2. Incorrect Customization:
If your items arrive with incorrect customization due to an error on our part, we will gladly replace them with a corrected version at no additional cost to you. Please get in touch with us within 14 days of receiving the item, providing details and photographs showcasing the error.

3. Personalized items Dislikes:
Our items are highly personalized and made-to-order, so we can not offer refunds or replacements based on personal preferences or if you do not like how the items turned out. We encourage you to carefully review your customization details before placing an order to ensure accuracy and satisfaction.

4. Custom items are non-refundable. It is of utmost importance that you verify the spelling of the names and finishes you choose!

5. Non-customized items and Stock Items are subject to a 20% cancellation or return fee.

6. Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can not offer you a refund or exchange.
We do accept cancellations if you contact us within 24 hours of placing your custom order. After 24 hours, we can accommodate changes within a limited period for placing your order.

7. IMPORTANT!
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items in transit. These issues are beyond our control, so we can not offer refunds or free replacements in the event your package is stolen or lost in transit.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
