We work with an on-demand fulfillment company with locations all over America.

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
- Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
- Ask your local post office if they have your package.
- Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.

Pro tip: Package theft is on the rise— If you're expecting a home delivery and you know you won't be home to accept it, use an address where you know you'll be!

I received a damaged product, what should I do?

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged or broken. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at info@affans.com within a week with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

What’s your Returns & Refunds policy?

1. Return Policy – Undamaged Items.
We are an "on demand" business - which means we don't carry any inventory and only produce items when you order them! If your order arrives in good condition and on time, but you'd like to return it for any reason, please contact us at info@affans.com with your order number. Return requests must be submitted within within 30 days of purchase. After this period, we are unable to process returns.
2. Refunds Policy.
The customer can request a full refund within 30 days of purchase if they are not satisfied. After 30 days, they are no longer eligible for a refund.
3. Personalized Products.
Due to the custom nature of these items, we do not accept returns for orders that include personalizations such as names, dates, signatures, etc. However, we may offer a discount of up to 50% off on your next order.

What’s your Customer Error policy?

1. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns due to customer errors (e.g., incorrect name spelling, wrong product choice). Please double-check all customizations before submitting your order.
2. We do not accept returns for orders that include personalizations such as names, dates, signatures, etc.
However, we may offer a discount of up to 50% off on your next order.

Holiday Season Policy!

1. During peak holiday periods, we work hard to ensure your gifts arrive on time. However, due to high shipping volumes and unforeseen circumstances, there may be slight delays.
2. Please understand that we cannot issue refunds for delays caused by:
- Adverse weather conditions;
- Carrier issues;
- Other unexpected disruptions.
3. Christmas Shipping Info:
Very Important!
All Products ordered before December 10th 11:59 p.m. ET should arrive on time. However, we can not personally guarantee this, as we are relying on USPS information.
Unfortunately, we can not guarantee that All Products ordered after December 10th 11:59 pm ET will arrive by Christmas.
4. Refunds will not be issued if you place orders that do not arrive by Christmas!
USPS & DHL are experiencing delays in updating their tracking due to the high volume of incoming parcels.
No refund will be accepted if items are received after Christmas. Make sure you talk to our customer satisfaction team before ordering item after December 10th.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items in transit. These issues are beyond our control, so we can not offer refunds or free replacements in the event your package is stolen or lost in transit.
